How we document local digital projects
A simple note on how a local digital project can be documented without exaggerations and artificial promises.
A local digital project needs simple things before any big promise: clear pages, correct information and a verifiable structure. Often, the difference comes not from a flashy gimmick, but from the fact that each page answers a real question.
In the projects we work on, we aim to separate useful content from promotional messages. A business page should explain what the business offers, and supporting articles should help the reader understand the context, options, and next steps.
This type of documentation is also useful for testing: we can see if a site is publishing, indexing, and displaying content correctly without using aggressive text or unverified claims.
