Portrait of Marius Dosinescu
Entrepreneurship is learned in reality.

In a sentence

I help SMBs turn SEO and AI-powered search into measurable growth.

I didn't get here from theoretical consulting. I've spent over 25 years building digital products, teams, operations and companies where marketing had to turn into revenue, not just reports.

My technical training started in high school, where I trained as a programmer analyst, and continued at the Faculty of Automation and Computers, which I attended until my third year. That's when I chose to dedicate myself to business, but without moving away from technology. Programming and systems thinking have remained the foundation of how I build products, analyze problems, and connect marketing with business operations.

We started at the intersection of web, technology and media. I founded a digital agency, then I built FlorideLux for almost two decades, from an entrepreneurial project to one of the important online floristic businesses in Romania. I made the exit in 2022.

Today I use this experience to build clearer SEO execution systems and products that bridge the gap between referral and result.

What I bring to a conversation

The perspective of the man who had to make the system work.

Marketing related to the economy

Rankings and traffic are only useful when they improve the economics of the business.

Empathy for the reality of SMEs

I understand small teams, limited resources, operational pressure and the need to prioritize without noise.

Execution before complexity

Businesses don't need yet another set of disconnected tools and recommendations. They need clear priorities, faster execution and measurable results.

Areas of experience

SEO · Ecommerce · Marketing Strategy · Entrepreneurship · Business Strategy · Digital Products · Operations.

Tools and practice

I make advanced use of generative AI models and OpenAI APIs, which I integrate into digital products, SEO automations, analytics processes and operational flows. I work directly with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush and Ahrefs to diagnose, prioritize and measure organic growth. Experience in WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite helps me connect strategy with production, design and implementation.

Complementary training

I obtained personal data protection officer (DPO) and Trainer diplomas (COR code 242401). They are skills that I use in the responsible design of digital processes and in the transfer of know-how to teams.
