What is required

Fields marked with * are required to submit a form. Other fields are optional. Without the required data, the message or subscription cannot be processed.

3. Who may receive the data

Data is not sold or rented. It may be accessed, only as necessary, by providers of hosting, technical administration and email delivery. It may be disclosed to public authorities only where legally required.

We do not intentionally transfer data outside the European Economic Area. If a technical provider involves such a transfer, it must rely on a GDPR-recognised mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

4. How long data is kept

  • Newsletter: until you withdraw consent or the service is closed.
  • Messages: as long as needed to reply, retain relevant conversation history and defend potential legal claims.
  • Technical logs: for the limited period set by the hosting provider according to security and diagnostic needs.

Data may be kept longer only when required by law, litigation or a contractual relationship.

5. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request:

We normally reply within one month. To protect your data, we may request additional information to verify your identity.

7. Children’s data

The website is not designed to intentionally collect children’s data. If you learn that a child submitted data without the necessary consent, send a request for its deletion.
