The story
25 years between ideas, operations and real-world execution
I built FlorideLux from the ground up and went through everything a business has to deliver every day: marketing, technology, inventory, logistics, teams, customers and decisions made under pressure.
The 2022 exit ended a stage, not the construction process. Today I turn that experience into software products and AI systems.
The road was not a perfect sequence of victories. It included wrong choices, regressions, reconstruction and assumption.
