AI must produce work, not just answers
The difference between an impressive demo and a system that changes a company's operations.
In business, a technology doesn't become valuable when it impresses in a conversation. It becomes valuable when it enters a process, takes real work, and leaves behind a verifiable result.
That's why I'm less interested in how many things a model can say and more in what it can lead to.
AI does not eliminate the need for judgment. On the contrary, it makes it more important to define the problem, the rules and the criteria by which we decide whether the result is good.
